We are convinced that we can accelerate the transition towards a circular economy by sharing our knowledge in an easily accessible manner. This is why we developed an exciting board game called Risk & Race and helped develop the online application The Circulator. Would you like to learn more about the circular economy as a (future) company director or policy manager? If so, this is the place to be.

Develop your own circular business model online

Are you devising a plan for a new circular company, but you are not sure about your options? Or would you like to make your existing products circular, but you don’t know the best approach for this?

Try the Circulator. It allows you to:

  • shape your own circular business model
  • access the most frequently used circular business models
  • view cases from organisations

Play Risk & Race

To familiarise yourself as an entrepreneur with the options provided by the circular economy, we have developed an exciting and fun board game: Risk & Race.

Throughout the game you gain an insight into:

  • the difference between linear and circular business models
  • strategies for a circular economy, such as circular product design, recycling and repair
  • circular business models, such as pay-per-use, take-back systems and lifetime extension
  • the effects of circular investments on the success and resilience of your company.

We developed Risk & Race in collaboration with Wuppertal Institute, VTT, TU Delft and In the Loop Games, with support from EIT Raw Materials.
