Public transport & bicycle (Blue Bike present in train station)

When you arrive at Ostend station by train, you will find the Blue Bikes at -1. To pick up a Blue Bike, you need a card or voucher in advance.

Follow the road as indicated on the map below. However, there is one place where you deviate from the route shown: at the roundabout after the Hospital Az Damiaan. There, you cross the road before the roundabout and follow the red bicycle path that leads you under the railway via a small tunnel (see photo).

By car

• Follow the A10/E40 in the direction of Oostende
• Take Exit 5 (Zandvoorde - Industriegebied Oostende)
• Continue straight on (Stationstraat)
• At the end of the Stationstraat you turn right (Oudenburgsesteenweg - N 368)
• After 500m turn left and continue driving over the Plassendale-bridge
• Follow the N320 and turn left at the 3rd road on your left hand side (Esparterolaan)
• After about 200m turn right and arrive at the science park
