VITO puts its diversity policy in the spotlight with a rainbow zebra crossing

VITO has a diverse workforce and we are proud of that. What's more, we want to continue to build a fair and inclusive work environment. We believe that (the power of) diversity helps us to make a real difference and to offer innovative solutions that have an impact on society. Last year, we therefore proposed a diversity and inclusion policy.

On the occasion of the 'International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination' on 21 March, we as an organisation want to show that a diversity and inclusion policy is more than just fancy words. We did this by painting a first rainbow zebra crossing at our HQs in Mol. It serves as a symbol of the safe and welcoming workplace that VITO wants to be for everyone, regardless of origin, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
